Full Description:

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager you will manage and drive development across all operational teams and targets, developing best practice for industry standards. You will oversee the management of Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives; including dealing with recruitment, absence management, grievances, agreeing and developing KPI’s, ensuring that ongoing training requirements are achieved and controlling objectives to ensure best value solutions are met. You will also drive and monitor Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Hygiene across all operational teams.

It is essential that you have experience of managing teams within an operational environment, a FMCG background being preferred. A good standard of education is also required (English and Maths GCSE Grade C +), excellent IT skills (MS Word and Excel) and a Heath and Safety and formal Management qualification. Hours: 7pm-7am (4 on, 4 off).
